The Siphon Bar is an imported Japanese coffee machine which uses halogen lights.

 

That coffee machine is really interesting. When the temperature is right it will automatically siphon up to the top. Then a few perfect stirs and they take it off the heat. That's when the coffee siphons itself back to the bottom serving globe again.

It took a good 15-20 minutes I think, to get coffee. Definitely a Sunday morning indulgence.
